Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and with all original tags and hygiene seals intact.

  • Wellness & Supplements: For health and safety reasons, all wellness products (such as supplements) must be unopened with the factory seal intact to be eligible for return. Opened or unsealed products are non-refundable.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Personalized/engraved items, final sale items, opened fragrance/wellness products, and gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email info@houseofberrong.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label.

  3. (Please note: The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund amount).

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate your preferred replacement in your email.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
