Standard Return Eligibility

• Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
• Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or engraved items, opened fragrance products, and used wellness products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email info@houseofberrong.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. A return shipping label will be provided for eligible returns.
3. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.

Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate your preferred replacement in your return request.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
